We are a marketing/fundraising travel agency with 20 years successful experience working for non-profit organizations. Our unique combination of expertise mans we design custom travel events that meet your high standards and have the potential of surpassing your annual fundraising goals.

How Much Can We Raise?

That depends on you.  We work with you to create an exciting travel event that makes it possible for your patrons to take a wonderful trip while they're supporting you at the same time.  A Concierge-Worldwide travel program can net your organization from $10,000 to $500,000 or more.  Where do you want to go?  How many will travel with you?  Answers to these questions define your trip's financial potential.  Examples of some specific amounts we've raised for various non-profit organizations are shown on the Travel page.

Who Does All the Work?

Concierge-Worldwide!  We professionally manage your trip from start to finish.  Al we ask of you is to get the word out and encourage your supporters to go. We'll even help with that promotion.

Who Receives the Money?

You do.  Trip participants contact us for their reservation.  This gives our travel professionals the opportunity to answer any questions and to make note of personal requests.  All credit card orders are sent directly to you for processing.  Checks are made payable to your organization. This allows you to make scheduled payments to us (so we can pay cruise lines, hotels, and other suppliers) after the money has been received and deposited into your bank account.  You don't have to wait for your fundraising proceeds.  When the trip departs, the donations are already in your account!

Who Pays Concierge-Worldwide?

As a licensed travel company, we are paid directly by our suppliers. You'll never receive a bill for our services.

Are There Other Potential Benefits?

We hope our relationship becomes an annual program with you, and we will try to provide special help or enhancements for your yearly development efforts, including sometimes donating exciting travel opportunities to your fundraising events.

What is the Luxury Rental Program?

We are also professional property managers with a decade's experience in booking luxury rentals.  We lease property according to the owner's demands, so real estate continues to be a valuable investment that provides revenue when the owner is away.  Our carefully selected clientele come from around the world seeking privacy. Many want anonymity.  They look for retreats out of the spotlight that often accompanies them.

How is This a Fundraising Program?

If your board members or patrons have property they do not use during part of the year, please encourage them to join our discriminating lease program.  We take care of all contracts and promote the property on our website and through global search engines.  Concierge-Worldwide donates 5% of our leasing fee back to your organization, and we encourage the homeowner to match this or donate more if they choose, giving them income and a tax deduction.  Our rentals average $3,000 - $20,000 per week, a percentage of which can provide steady contributions you don't have to seek.
